Notes to Implementors:
On this page you will create the login you will use to view the pay roll records.
First, choose an employee from the drop down list provided at the top of the page.
Once you have chosen the employee, you will then need to enter the log in information you will use to access the payroll page.
The email address field is not used in any capacity for this site, so you may enter any valid looking email address.
